Job Skills / Requirements

Sunstates Security is currently hiring for a full-time Security Account Manager in the greater Nashville area for an upscale residential gated community. Applicants must be customer service focused with a positive and professional attitude. Previous concierge or hospitality experience is required. Prior security experience is strongly preferred. The Security Account Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the client site. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to weekly payroll for the Security Officers, conducting uniform and site inspections, ensuring all new hires are properly trained and documenting all continuous training for employees, work with Management to identify new talent to keep site fully staffed and be the point of contact for the site. The normal hours will be Monday – Friday, 1st shift, however applicants must be available to work extra hours as needed. The starting rate of pay will be $50,000 annually with medical benefits paid for by Sunstates.

Security Account Managers are responsible for the daily functioning of a contract site including operations, customer service, personnel management, security & safety in accordance with Sunstates Securitys objectives.

High School diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

TN Security License
